Monthly Meetings

Club Meetings are held monthly on the 1st Tuesday at 7:30 pm, excluding January.

Members display finds they have found and can win prizes.

We discuss the previous months trip and the one coming up.

Raffles are held each club meeting, generally gold and equipment are included as prizes.

Prospecting Ethically

Club Members follow a code of ethics to ensure the countryside and bush are left as is, or in a better state than when we arrive.

Club Trips Away

Each month (except January) we organise a trip away to a region that has gold panning, detecting sites and other points of interest.

New members are encouraged to attend, learn off the more experienced before purchasing equipment.

Additionally the locations allow for camping, caravanning or other accommodation e.g. Caravan Parks or nearby Motels

We also have events at various locations around Sydney to detect beaches and parks.
